There may be a home already under construction in one of our developments that might be what you are looking for, OR you can select the lot of your choice and the plan that will fit your needs. You will then complete your home by adding any options or upgrades and meet with our decorator to customize your home. The building process will take about 130 days from the pouring of the slab. Once your home is complete, you will be able to have a walk through and inspection with your realtor. Then, when everything is completed to your satisfaction, the closing will take place.
