Todd Waguespack launched Level Construction and Development in 2006 in conjunction with principle partners Kelly Sills, Charles Landry, and Gary Solomon. Level builds approximately 125 condos and homes each year. The company has been recognized twice by the Baton Rouge Business Report as number one in total permits pulled in 2005 and 2006.

Level is a flexible contracting company that develops solutions for the commercial, residential and civil markets. Building since 2000 in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, the firm currently owns, develops and builds out subdivisions locally, including Lake Beau Pre', Nicholson Lakes and Arlington Trace. Level has built a wide array of homes ranging in price from $180,000 to $700,000 and is also to implement custom packages on your lot.

Level has now expanded to Zachary and Lafayette markets. It is Level’s goal to exceed the expectations of the home buyer and contribute to the economic development of South Louisiana.
